At Arakurayama Sengen Park in Asama, Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, many tourists gather to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji and the five-story pagoda.
Reporter Yuko Hirayama said, “What is popular at this place is that capsule toy vending machine over there.”
Next to the five-story pagoda are 12 capsule toy vending machines. Each try costs from 300 yen to 500 yen, and there are four types of items. All of them are themed around Arakurayama Sengen Park and depict scenery from different seasons.
