In addition, the number of portable toilets will be increased and their installation locations will be expanded. During periods of heavy crowding at the observation deck, a timed rotation entry system will be introduced.

Furthermore, the parking fee for the temporary parking lot located farther from the park — situated at Second Shimoyoshida Elementary School — will be reduced to 500 yen, half the price charged last year, as part of an effort to encourage visitors to explore other parts of the city.
