When guests use cottages or tent sites, the accommodation fee will be refunded if rain of 0.5 millimeters or more per hour continues during either of the following time periods: six hours from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the check-in day, or three hours from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day. Rainfall is judged automatically using weather forecast data.
