It is a private rental lodging facility created by renovating a branch family building constructed in the Meiji era.

The main house includes an approximately 30-tatami Japanese-style room that preserves beams and transoms from that time, as well as six rooms including a private dining room where guests can enjoy kaiseki cuisine and carefully selected Japanese sake.
