The cherry blossom season has arrived at the northern foot of Mt. Fuji, but with it comes a familiar challenge. At Arakurayama Sengen Park in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, massive crowds of tourists are gathering once again, even after the city canceled its official "Sakura Festival" in an attempt to prevent the cause of over-tourism.
